Your profile
For this position, we believe the ideal candidate has:
Experience from one of the local OEMs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Deep experience in one or several of the following areas:
Infotainment & Connectivity
AUTOSAR Software Engineering
Software Test Engineering
Cloud & Continuous Integration
Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
What you will do
As a Team Lead you will play a key role in driving work forward within your domain. Your responsibilities include:
Stakeholder management and ensuring alignment across teams
Acting as a technical role model and subject-matter expert
Coaching and supporting team members in their professional growth
Ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions within time and scope
