Team Manager / Team Product Owner – Automation for Production Drilling and Rock Reinforcement

We’re looking for a collaborative and experienced Team Manager / Team Product Owner to guide our talented team in developing cutting-edge automation systems for underground mining equipment, with a focus on production drilling and rock reinforcement.
In this hybrid leadership role, you will not only manage and develop a team of skilled engineers, but also act as the Product Owner—bridging technology with business needs to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of developers and engineers working on automation solutions for underground mining.
Drive the transition to agile ways of working, helping to build a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment that values innovation, psychological safety, and diverse perspectives.
Coach, develop, and empower team members to reach their full potential, supporting both technical growth and personal development.
Take on the role as Product Owner, gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality-assured software aligned with business goals.
Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your Profile
A degree in engineering related to automation, real-time systems, software development, or a similar field.
Proven experience managing product development projects, preferably in a similar, cross-functional environment.
A collaborative mindset and a strong interest in developing deep domain knowledge in underground mining automation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire trust, foster accountability, and drive alignment.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
A growth mindset—motivated to challenge the status quo and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.
